Canadian Sales Tax Exemption
As a Canadian resident, supply of clothing that is specially designed for use by an individual with a disability is zero-rated when the clothing is supplied on the written order of a medical practitioner for use by a consumer named in the order.
To qualify for this GST/HST exemption, please complete the following:
1. Sign up to create a customer account with June Adaptive here
2. Download and have the prescription form completed by your medical practitioner
3. Submit the completed form to hello@juneadaptive.com
